Burtonsville Early Learning Center is a child care facility located in Burtonsville, MD. BELC is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and the Office of Child Care (OCC). We are a part of the Montgomery County Head Start program and have certified staff and teachers.
We provide potty training for toddlers and offer a pre-kindergarten educational program following the A BEKA curriculum for our students.
